Laut einer Umfrage der Europäischen Zentralbank (EZB) sank die erwartete Preissteigerung im November von 4,0 auf 3,2 Prozent. Ebenso fiel die Inflationserwartung für die nächsten drei Jahre von 2,5 auf 2,2 Prozent.

Die Teuerung in der Schweiz ist im Dezember überraschend auf 1,7 Prozent gestiegen. Damit ergibt sich eine Jahresteuerung von 2,1 Prozent, 2022 waren es noch 2,8 Prozent.
