Nach Analysen aus dem Inland legen jetzt internationale Gremien ihre Sicht zum Fall Credit Suisse dar. Das Financial Stability Board (FSB) kommt zum vorläufigen Schluss, dass die Resolution, die ordnungsgemässe Abwicklung der Bank, hätte funktionieren können. Ähnlich sieht es der Basler Ausschusses für Bankenaufsicht.

Die UBS-Tochter Credit Suisse ist offenbar gemeinsam mit anderen Banken im Rahmen eines Geldwäschereiskandals im Visier der Singapurer Finanzmarkaufsicht MAS. Die Behörde wolle nun eine Vor-Ort-Untersuchung bei der dortigen CS-Filiale durchführen, schreibt die Nachrichtenagentur Bloomberg.

Die Anfang Juni von der UBS übernommene Credit Suisse legt mehr Geld für Rechtsfälle beiseite. Zudem wird die Abwicklung von Kreditportfolios die neue Mutter weitere Milliarden kosten.

Keine Überraschung, aber doch immer wieder ein Schlag in die Magengegend: Der jüngste Rechtsfall, für den die UBS als neue Besitzerin der CS einstehen muss, kostet die Bank im Kontext des Archedos-Skandals eine Strafe von 388 Millionen Dollar. Auch die Finma geht mit der Crédit Suisse hart ins Gericht, was die UBS nicht kalt lässt.
