Decisions of the 108th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Swiss National Bank held on 29 April 2016 1. Approval of the financial report for 2015 The General Meeting of Shareholders approved the financial report for 2015. 2. Decision on the appropriation of the net profit - determination of the dividend The General Meeting of Shareholders approved the payment of a dividend totalling CHF 1.5 million to shareholders as part of the profit appropriation. 3. Discharge of the Bank Council The General Meeting of Shareholders granted discharge to the Bank Council. 4. Election of five new Bank Council members The General Meeting of Shareholders elected Monika Bütler, Heinz Karrer, Daniel Lampart, Olivier Steimer and Cédric Pierre Tille, existing members, as members of the Bank Council for the 2016–2020 term of office. 5. Election of the Audit Board The General Meeting of Shareholders appointed KPMG AG as the Audit Board for the 2016/2017 term of office. 6. Shareholder proposal The General Meeting of Shareholders rejected the shareholder proposal to initiate a procedure to amend the National Bank Act with regard to the right to inspect the share register, the list of participants and minutes of the General Meeting of Shareholders, as well as the votes cast by public sector shareholders.

Decisions of the 108th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Swiss National Bank held on 29 April 2016

1. Approval of the financial report for 2015

The General Meeting of Shareholders approved the financial report for 2015.

2. Decision on the appropriation of the net profit - determination of the dividend

The General Meeting of Shareholders approved the payment of a dividend totalling CHF 1.5 million to shareholders as part of the profit appropriation.

3. Discharge of the Bank Council

The General Meeting of Shareholders granted discharge to the Bank Council.

4. Election of five new Bank Council members

The General Meeting of Shareholders elected Monika Bütler, Heinz Karrer, Daniel Lampart, Olivier Steimer and Cédric Pierre Tille, existing members, as members of the Bank Council for the 2016–2020 term of office.
