He has been the co-owner of the New York restaurant since 2006. The only Swiss restaurant in this year’s list was 3-Michelin-starred Schauenstein run by Andreas Caminada, in Fürstenau in Graubunden. In 2017, it came 72nd (there are 100 restaurants in the top 50). In 2016, it was 47th.
