Die US-Börsenaufsicht (SEC) Trump hat angekündigt, dass er den SEC-Vorsitzenden Gary Gensler am ersten Tag entlassen wird. Die meisten Juristen sind sich zwar einig, dass der Präsident nicht die Befugnis hat, den SEC-Vorsitzenden direkt zu feuern. Er könnte ihn jedoch durch jemanden aus der Riege der SEC-Kommissare ersetzen, die dem Republikaner wohlgesinnt sind. Diese Person könnte dann als Interimslösung solange amtieren, bis der Senat einen dauerhaften Nachfolger bestätigt.

Swiss government wants to invest more in bomb shelters
