Kurt Schiltknecht

Since his studies, Kurt Schiltknecht has mainly dealt with monetary problems, first in research, then as head of the national economic department of the Swiss National Bank and as associate professor at the University of Basel. Over the last 20 years, he has gained senior executive and board experience in banking, industry and fraud education. In his book "Corporate Governance - The Subtle Game of Money and Power," he argues that a well-functioning market economy produces better results than a plethora of restrictive corporate governance regulations.
