Beschäftigungsaussichten leicht eingetrübt
Im 1. Quartal 2019 repräsentieren die Unternehmen, welche den Personalbestand im nächsten Quartal beibehalten wollen, 72,4% der Gesamtbeschäftigung (70,6% im Vorjahresquartal). Diejenigen Unternehmen, die eine Erhöhung der Beschäftigtenzahl planen, vertreten 10,8% der Beschäftigten (11,5% im Vorjahresquartal) und jene welche einen Beschäftigungsabbau beabsichtigen, 3,3% (3,8% im Vorjahresquartal). Der Anteil jener Unternehmen, welche sich zur Frage nicht geäussert haben, beläuft sich nur auf 13,5% der 18 000 befragten Unternehmen (14% im Vorjahresquartal).
Der Indikator der Beschäftigungsaussichten, der aus diesen Angaben berechnet wird, ist gegenüber dem Vorjahr leicht gesunken (1,04; –0,1%). Die Abnahme ist vor allem im sekundären Sektor zu beobachten (1,06; –1,0%). Im tertiären Sektor ist der Indikator noch leicht gestiegen (1,04; +0,2%).
Schwierigkeiten bei der Rekrutierung von qualifiziertem Personal
Die Schwierigkeiten bei der Personalrekrutierung von gelernten Arbeitskräften haben im Vergleich zum Vorjahresquartal zugenommen (32,0%; +1,1 Prozentpunkte).
