Swiss real and minimum wages increase by 0.4% and 0.7% respectively

Swiss social partners signing the collective labour agreements (CLA) have agreed a nominal rise in real wages estimated at 0.4% for 2016, of which 0.2% is to be awarded collectively and 0.2% at individual level.
