If there’s one thing the mainstream hates, it’s for you to learn anything that goes against the official version of history:
- World War II spending ended the Great Depression.
- The US was founded as a democracy.
- Three of our best presidents were Abraham Lincoln, Woodrow Wilson, and Franklin D. Roosevelt.
This narrative is a tool they use to maintain control, but it collapses if citizens dare to think for themselves.
That’s what Mises Institute president Tom DiLorenzo did this past July when he gave a lecture on why Lincoln, Wilson, and Roosevelt are actually three of the worst presidents in US history.
He said, “In reality, Lincoln, FDR, and Wilson were by far America’s worst presidents because of their shared penchant for dictatorship, corruption, lawlessness, attacking constitutional liberties, warmongering, and imprisoning dissenters and political opponents, as well as for socialism, economic fascism, and lame-brained government interventionism.”
Tom went on to dissect the failures of their administrations. We liked his lecture so much that we decided to publish it as a booklet.
We want to send you a copy of The Axis of Evil: America’s Three Worst Presidents so you’ll be ready the next time you need to wallop a leftist with the facts about America’s “best” presidents.
Your gift will help the Mises Institute publish more books and videos and continue promoting the Austrian School to a broader audience. It will also cover shipping for the booklet.
This is our biggest fundraising drive of the year, and we would sincerely appreciate your support. Please contribute to the Mises Institute’s year-end giving campaign and receive the booklet sure to disappoint liberal historians, teachers’ unions, and other peddlers of the official version of history.
