Swiss are the world’s wealthiest, says report

In constant franc terms net average (mean) wealth has increased 44% from US$ 401,400 to US$ 577,400 since 2000.

Much of Switzerland’s wealth comes from the strength of the Swiss franc. In constant franc terms net average (mean) wealth has increased 44% from US$ 401,400 to US$ 577,400 since 2000. Using actual exchange rates it has risen by 141% from US$ 233,500 to US$ 561,900.
