Born in 1983 in Zurich. Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Economics at the University of St. Gallen. Afterwards master's degree in economics at the University of Cambridge. First work experiences at UBS, the Economic Research Center KOF and the Boston Consulting Group. Between 2010 and 2014 research associate at ETH Zurich and completed a dissertation on the macroeconomic significance of banks. Subsequent completion of a book on the impact of the digital revolution on the financial system. Joined the business editorial office of NZZ in 2014; responsible among other things for the telecommunications industry as well as macroeconomic questions with the topics financial system and digitization.Full bio
